1st: Does your company allow their employees to carry any type of weapon while they are working? 99% of employeers do not. There is the worry of an employee doing something to someone then then being sued by the criminal whether they are in the wrong.
2nd: There is not just the legal issue from your company but also yourself. You have to know how to shoot, when and where to shoot amongst other things. Are you really going to kill someone for lets say a couple hundred dollars?
3rd: Moral Issues after an incident takes place. The feelings of guilt, depression. Its not easy taking ones life.
Im just stating a few things about what I in fact know (well from my state i live in) Seek help from the Lord, he will comfort you and your friends. Also, tell your co-worker that its done and over with and theres now no need to be afraid.
