Washington, DC (LifeNews.com) – Robert Bork, the pro-life Supreme Court nominee who abortion advocates derailed during his confirmation process, will publicly oppose pro-abortion Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan on Wednesday. Bork will appear in a conference call sponsored by Americans United for Life.

I happen to agree with his opposition to Kagan, but I’m not sure how much his that opposition (both his and mine) will count. I’m pretty sure both of Alabama’s senators will vote against.
