What have you found most helpful in rooting out pride in addition to the Litany of Humility.

Also pride in regard to motivating actions versus love of god/neighbor motivating actions. Prideful thoughts/vain thoughts etc.

I am a stay at home mom of three children if that helps.

Figure out how pride manifests itself in your life, then learn to do the opposite. Start with a couple of things, write it out, make a plan of how you will do the opposite and keep a journal or note about how you are doing with it. If it’s not working, maybe the manifestation is incorrect or your plan is. As you make progress add other manifestations to work on. Keep a written record of what you are doing in whatever manner works for you.

Couple of other things, find a Spiritual Director and let them know you want to work on this issue. Spend time (if possible) in adoration, this is good time to dialog with our Lord about how to identify what you need to work on.

In addition to the great suggestions so far what helps me is all the Bible passages on pride and humility throughout the old and new testaments. Read them, mark them in your Bible, write them down, memorize them, whatever. It helps me.
