That hailing event and all related scripture can be used. For example Gen 3:15:

15 I will put enmities between thee and the woman, and thy seed and her seed: she shall crush thy head, and thou shalt lie in wait for her heel.

And Jer. 31:22 DRA

22 How long wilt thou be dissolute in deliciousness,
O wandering daughter?
for the Lord hath created a new thing upon the earth:
a woman shall compass a man.

A good tool I learnt, was read a passage of that scripture, or a prayer related to it, and then close your eyes and visualise the scene. Just think of that scene while you pray that mystery.
