Help me understand what you are saying? I’m interested.
The Church has called the faithfull to reap the full benefits of praying the rosary. Not only are we to recite the words, we are to think about/meditate on the mysteries of Christ during that decade.

For instance, lets say we are praying the Joyful mysteries. The first joyful mystery is the Annunciation. We are supposed to think about the mystery of the Angel coming to Mary and announcing that she is to be the Mother of Jesus, WHILE we say the Hail Mary prayer.

It really isn’t is hard as it sounds.

When we are out in a public setting (i.e. the grocery store), we can just mentally focus on the five mysteries. Another option would be to begin each meditation with an our father, a hail Mary, and then a meditation of the mystery.

This is not the official way of saying the Rosary, though. But I think that it would be pleasing to God.🙂
Ohhhh I see. Yeah good point. In fact, when one practices the devotion of the First Sat. to Our Lady, one is supposed to spend 15 min meditating ONLY on the mysteries.

my mind wanders like a little child’s when I meditate.

Not my question, but thanks.
