The smartphone app Laudate has an interactive rosary tab that presents the “appropriate” mysteries for the day. I put appropriate in quotation marks because, from what I know, there is no hard rule that specifies what you need to meditate on.
Laudate is a free download, by the way. I use it for the daily USCCB Mass readings.

Don’t worry about what you have already done… it’s all ok. The rosary is a devotion not some sort of obligation. So if you get all mixed up and mix up the mysteries your Mother is not going to mind, especially if you are sick. She will be sitting by your bedside loving you. So don’t give it any more worry, have you ever heard of Mary being called the undoer of knots? well she is and she can undo any mental confusion…so again, no worry there. I have illness also and brain fog as I call it and have mixed up the mysteries too.

The others have answered the rest. God bless

I really love and appreciate each of you so much. So much good advice has been offered, and so much kindness extended. This is just the best community.

Another thing you can do is reflect on the “arc” of the mysteries as you start praying. The Joyful Mysteries lead us through the incarnation and youth of Jesus. The Luminous Mysteries are about His public ministry. The Sorrowful Mysteries take us through Jesus’ passion. And the Glorious Mysteries are all about Christ the Risen King. (all my paraphrasing). Knowing which arc you’re praying through might help you stay on track.
