Rosary mysteries have their certain days right? Like sorrowful mysteries on Tuesday. Can i meditate on the sorrowful mysteries on wednesday if i want? Or any other day?
the mysteries are put in different days chronically for us to meditate on. It is good to following such orders; for instance, on Friday, we remember of the death of Jesus on the cross, and we meditate on the Sorrowful Mystery.
However, I believe it is completely up to you to do any of those. I personally follow the order, and if I do extra rosary on the same day, I pick the next one in that order.
It’s good to do the sets of 5 mysteries on their assigned days, especially if you pray only 5 decades a day, which I think most people do.
However, it’s warmly recommended that if you have the time, pray all 20 mysteries each day. That is fine, too, but you’ll need about an hour and 20 minutes.
