Rosary - Sacramental - What graces do you get

Someone asked me what the point of getting a rosary blessed was and I told them that getting it blessed made it a sacramental. They asked me what this did and I wasnt sure how to answer. Do you get more graces when praying with a sacramental like a rosary than you do when praying without one?
 
It is my understanding that a blessed Sacramental is something set apart from other material things. It is something material that is set apart for that purpose. (Rosaries, holy water, Scapulars, medals, etc.)

There is enough experience with exorcisms that Satan and his cohorts are aware of the blessings on Sacramentals. The evil spirits manifest their displeasure when holy water is sprinkled. It is the power of the Word that blessed the water!
 
as a follow-up question, is a partial indulgence for praying the rosary ONLY available if the rosary has been blessed?

as i understand the document, not only is the beads a sacramental, but also the prayers.
