Within our local rosary community, a fervent prayer participant, surely more holy than I, has begun to insist that we include between decades, (along with the Fatima prayer), the popular, 3 times repeated, “O Sacrament Most Holy, O Sacrament Divine, All Praise and All Thanksgiving Be Every Moment Thine”. Most all of us have been praying that particular prayer at Adoration, and often at the end of Masses. But the group is having trouble seeing the appropriateness of that prayer in this particular Rosary setting.

Several among us have other favorite short devotional prayers, normally prayed in different settings, but most don’t feel the need to include those in our Rosaries…

It is so silly in some ways, but this is causing somewhat of a “ripple” on the otherwise “smooth waters” of our prayer group…

Does anyone have an opinion regarding this?
(Don’t everyone answer at once!!)

God Bless Us All!

Praying in community indicates a form of unity. If the majority of the group does not think the suggested prayer to be inserted to the rosary, this person needs to respect that unless the person has the authority for changing that - which I doubt.
