If we pray a rosary without a rosary in our hands, Do we receive the same grace?

I rarely pray the rosary with an actual rosary. Five fingers are very convinient, plus when I am in the mood I can never seem to find mine.

The beads are an aid to help people concentrate so you don’t actually need a Rosary to pray the rosary… Its the prayers that count

I sometimes don’t use a rosary; particularly when I’m listening to a recording of Mother Angelica and the sisters reciting the rosary.

I feel like Im cheating when I pray the Rosary with Mother Angelica or Fr Pacwa. Notice how Mother Angelica kinda gets stuck on “Jesus” during one decade. Fr Mitch recites in 3rd gear:D

BTW I believe both are a Blessing, Scott Hahn also.

Grace come through the prayer, not the beads.
Sometimes, I use my fingers when I’m to lazy to get out of bed to go grab a rosary.

Like others said, it’s in the prayer, but I do find the actual rosary to be a great tool for focus. Sometimes, when I’m walking, I use one of those little “finger” rosaries - don’t know if there’s a technical name for it - it’s like a big ring with 10 notches on it that can fit in the palm of your hand with one finger in the hole.

Ring rosary? Rosary ring?

God gives us 10 fingers for a reason.

You can count the mysteries on one hand and you can count the Ave Marias on the other.

Babies have 10 toes for a reason as well.

Many a mom has said a “toe-sary” late at night. 🙂
