Hey everyone. I just wanted to see if anyone has ever ordered off of Rosarycard.net? I’m thinking about getting a new Scapular, and maybe some other things if I find something I like. Any suggestions? Also, whats the safest way to pay if you don’t want to pay with a credit card? Thanks!

Thank you for sharing this beautiful website.

What type of Scapular are you getting?

fisheaters.com/scapulars.html

If you are getting a Brown Scapular why not write to the “Scapular Guild” they will send you one for FREE. I actually requested 20 of them to be handed out to my family, friends, church family, and so forth and they sent them… Of course they probably accept donations.

Thank you very much! The site looks legit, and they seem to have beautiful items. I’m kinda new to the order on-line thing, so if I don’t want to order with a credit card, whats the best and safest way to do so? Thank you!

P.S. I found this website for a free Brown Scapular. Mines pretty worn out and I can’t find a new one like it. Does the Scapular Guild have a website? Thank you!

If you’re ordering online than you’re asking the wrong person “me” (laughs). However, just write a letter to the Scapular Guild requesting Scapulars they only send the Brown Scapulars (Scapular of Our Lady of Mount Carmel) though. No, they don’t have a website not that I know of anyways.

Haha I know how you feel. I’ve never ordered online before. Thank you very much, I will write to them! 🙂

I have ordered from rosarycard.net. Got some really neat rosary cards for myself and family. I used my debit card. I am always a little skeptical about these sites that I haven’t heard of. But I have ordered many things from several different Catholic sites and have never had a problem. As far as not using a credit card, maybe there is a phone number listed on the website and you can call and ask them. Good luck!

Wait, you can use your debit card? Also, if I have a P.O. box, how would delivery and stuff work?

O and should I send a donation to the Scapular Guild? Could I just put it in with the letter?

Not sure about the scapular issue. Never have ordered one of those before. I guess a P.O. box is okay, so long as you know that what you order isn’t so big that you would have to make a special trip to the post office during business hours to pick it up. Of course you can use a debit card. As long as the retailer accepts whatever type it is; Visa, Mastercard, etc. Hope this helps

Thank you :). I’m guessing they will just put it in an envelope? I hope haha.

I’m not really sure about ordering from rosarycard.net. I’m sure they would deliver even if you have a P.O. Box.

Regarding the Scapular Guild, I didn’t send them a donation but if you want to the best thing to do is send them a money order which you can do at the post office or you can sneak or hide money by folding it in between your letter.

The Scapular Guild will send you an envelope with your Scapular(s).

If you’re wondering how I first heard about the Scapular Guild was when I received a letter from the Discalced Carmelite Nuns.

Why should I hide the money? Haha. Sorry that I’m asking so many questions, I’m just curious. 🙂

Also, do you have a picture of the Scapular provided by Scapular Guild? Whats it like? Once again sorry for the numerous questions haha. God Bless you for being patient. 🙂

Jacob21- I don’t mind all of the questions so don’t fret.

The reason I suggested “hiding” the money in a letter is just in case someone spots that money in your envelope they may claim it as there own. I don’t trust too many people.

You can always ask the post office in your area what the best and safest way to send money.

Well, like I stated before you *don’t *have to send a donation.

The attached photo is not from the Scapular Guild but it is the same as my Brown Scapular that I wear although mine is faded.

Hope this helps and God bless,

Thank you! 🙂 I really appreciate all of your help! I wrote a letter to them and will include a donation in the letter. That Scapular is very nice! Did you like the one they sent you? So it pretty much looked like that? I’m just wondering because the one I have now Is very old and faded (received at my First Holy Communion. Do you think I was enrolled at that time if thats when I received the Scapular?) But like I said I was just wondering about it. I’m excited, I can’t wait to get my letter out. I hope you really don’t mind all the questions :). God Bless,

I’ve never ordered from rosarycard.net, but if they are a reputable site I wouldn’t hesitate in using a credit card or debit card for the order. With the fears of identity theft in past years most if not all online vendors have taken extraordinary steps to make sure all their connections and servers are secure, also I imagine your internet provider has taken the same steps too. Sometimes online vendors will only have the one way to order and trying to pay cash or use a check would be extremely difficult.

Some sites will accept PayPal payments where you add money to an online account and then Pay Pal will transfer the money to other online vendors once they’ve determined that the order actually came from you. I’ve never used it but my brother has for some things and he likes it.

I don’t see why a PO box wouldn’t work for ordering. If they only deliver using FedEx or UPS then you may have to provide the physical address of your house for the deliveryman.

Yes I have heard that they are more secure. I’ve never used paypal before but I will look into it. Thank you!

Yes, I do like the Brown Scapular that they sent to me. It is cloth (not in plastic) and it doesn’t have the rigged edges like the attached picture but it pretty much looks like the one in the attached picture. Mine is faded also.

I’m sorry I can’t answer your other question about being enrolled. I’ve noticed that some people discuss about being enrolled in the Brown Scapular I’ve always worn a Brown Scapular and I don’t think I was ever enrolled. 🤷 I guess I could ask my parish priest about that and you can always ask your parish priest also.

Perhaps this website may help you out:

I don’t mind the questions at all…Sorry I can’t answer all of them.

🙂 I’m so excited! Every time I put on my current Brown Scapular I feel as if I’m putting on the Armor of our Lady. I love it! Is the Scapular able to be washed? If so what settings should It go on? Thank you! 🙂

I have washed my Brown Scapular many times since it is made from cloth. I usually wash it when I’m washing dark laundry (so I would put the temp. on cold) than I hang it up to dry.
But, that could be why mine is so faded. 🙂

Oh by the way, are you going to order anything from rosarycard.net? Just curious that’s all.

God bless,
