RSV-CE, is it available for an open-source program?

Hello everyone! How are you all today? I hope you all are well! May peace be with you all! That said, I wanted to ask about the RSV-CE. Is it available for an open-source Bible study program? If it is, let me know but make certain it is 100% legal! 🙂
 
RSV has a copyright attached to it. Use with permission only.

Use the American Standard version to be safe.
