Rubrics of Good Friday Service

At my parish, there is always confusion about when to stand and when to kneel during the Good Friday service-- namely at the beginning, when the priests and deacons come in and prostrate themselves at the foot of the altar, and when the deacon brings in the consecrated Hosts before Holy Communion. The missalettes do not say, so everyone will look and see what everyone else is doing, and half the congregation kneels at both instances while the other half stands. I believe I’ve read somewhere that you kneel for the first instance and stand for the second, but I’m not sure. What are the official rubrics for standing/kneeling/sitting during the Good Friday service?
 
At my parish, we kneel when the ministers come in and stand when the priest goes to the place of reposition to retrieve the Blessed Sacrament.
 
The proper procedure for the congregation is to stand when the ministers enter the church, kneel when they are prostrated, and DEFINITELY kneel in the presence of the Blessed Sacrament, both when it is brought in from the (exterior) tabernacle, and when it is returned to the tabernacle after reception of Holy Communion.

The only time Paschale Solemnitatis speaks only of kneeling is while the priests prostrate themselves. But in my parish, we kneel for the prayer part of the Prayers of the Faithful. I don’t see any instruction to do so in my missal or in P.S. but going back many decades I remember as a kid the chanted instruction to kneel and stand during those prayers.
 
Those instructions are still there. Our deacons chants them. Let us kneel…let us stand.
