Rulers put in place by God/being judged according to your situation

As the title suggests I’m wondering if that idea holds place everywhere. I had taken a biology course my freshman year at Stony Brook where we studied different mating systems throughout different societies. Humans have the capacity for monogamy and polygamy and likewise these different societies’ mating systems were structured in different ways.

So one village actually celebrates a festival where a woman has sex with all the men in the village regardless of whom she is married to. One man in the village was actually ostracised for not sharing his wife when it was his turn.

So then what exactly is supposed to be done in this case. Fornication and Adultery are blatantly forbidden but this is a society built with its rules requiring it.

Also I’m wondering what the stance is on revolutions. Rebel uprisings and new governments that arise from these.

And I’m concerned with what the stance of Nazi Germany would be.
 
FYI: Next time ask one question per thread so as to keep them straight. As this is it will get confusing as the posts go on.
  1. Morality is not derived from social norms but from the natural law or divine decree. If a social norm or more is in violation of objective morals then the norm/law/more is invalid and is not binding.
  2. Just revolutions are the same as just war in that they must be done ethically and only for a grave reason and not just a percieved grave reason.
  3. I don’t know what you are asking about the Nazi Party. You made a statement and not a question.
 
So what about people who are in societies where Christianity isn’t very well known. Do those people go to hell then?

Remember, God is All-Just. As a function of justice one cannot be held accountable for something that one does not know. So, the salvation of those who have not heard the Gospel is reserved to God and His mercy as that person is fully responsible for the Natural Moral Law even though he may not be responsible for the Christian life. This was asked at Trent and my response is the summary of the response.
