Ok, I am fasting for the first time in years. I forgot my rules. Can I have my morning coffee? I have been up since 5:30am and this is killing me.
 
O my goodness, of course you can have your morning coffee and a little something to eat as well. You can have two small meals as long as they don’t addd up to one larger meal.
