Depends what you are looking for.

I. You can get “Laudate” on your App if you want to cover Confession as it gives a list
of what you should go through to confess.

1. If you want to read "Catholicism for Dummies " also covers Confession

3 Also the OP also suggested the catechism which is also excellent.

1. Go into a Catholic Book Shop there might be a book dedicated to “Confession” on why one should go etc.
