Sacrament of the Sick Slideshow Video on YouTube

I’m new at video and slideshow building, new at using Pinnacle Studio, and new to uploading videos, but by the grace of God I managed to finish one segment of several which captures Assumption Day at Assumption Grotto in Detroit.

The day is filled with Masses, devotions, and in mid-afternoon, all of the priests gather in the grotto area to provide the Sacrament of the Sick, followed by Benediction. Grotto’s pastor, Fr. Eduard Perrone is seen with the monstrance in these pictures.

Here’s more info at my blog with the video embedded. Hopefully, everyone viewing it will have access to sound because that is what makes it all the more powerful, especially the Benediction scene.

No. I do not have any role in the pastoral care of the sick. At least, not any greater role than all of us have, which is to pray for them.

I wanted to capture this sacrament and the mercy and compassion with which it is given. The faces of the priests tell the story. I merely captured it.

Video has been moved from YouTube to GodTube due to objectionable content appearing next to my God-pleasing video and there was no way to control it.

I have modified the video slightly with two additional pics and some re-timing.

Once again, consider providing feedback here in this thread in order to bump it up to the top where others will see it.

I am also genuinely interested in how people perceive it. It is just over 3 minutes long.
