What is the significance of having a rosary blessed by the Pope vs one blessed by a Priest? Does the Rosary blessed by the Pope carry more indulgences and/or does the Pope’s blessing make it more powerful?

The blessing comes from God not the human agent calling down the blessing, so I would assume that they would all be the same.

On the other hand a blessed item from the Pope would most likely be cherished more by the person who has the Item due to the rarity of that blessing.🙂
