I’m not sure if this is the correct place to put this post but here goes. What does one do with blessed sacramentals that are broken or damaged? How does one dispose of them correctly? I’ve heard that you burn them. But what about metal objects such as Rosaries?

Metal objects can be buried. First you need, if at all possible, to break or pull your metal object into pieces so that it is unusable and/or unrecognisable - this ensures other people can’t find it and ignorantly or wilfully mistreat it.

The main thing is that sacramentals are not to be disposed of disresectfully, for example by being thrown in the trash.

Rosaries that are constructed with metal chains can usually be repaired.

If a piece has broken (a centerpiece or a bead) it can be replaced while keeping the rest of the Rosary together. I don’t mind if the beads aren’t exactly the same color. I suppose as long as the repaired rosary consists of at least half the original, it would not need to be blessed again.

My favorite Rosaries have been repaired lots of times (I’m kinda hard on Rosaries). People in the Catholic bookstore where I bought most of my Rosaries are happy to repair a rosary for me. In part because they know I am praying the Rosary.

So ask around. It is likely that somebody near where you live or go to Church is able to make rosaries and is willing to repair rosaries.
