Been listening at work, It’s nice to have a break from talk radio other than my own CD’s…

Thank you. Within the last month I ran across some article on the internet which described Catholic radio as “yackety-yack”. It does seem that Catholic radio is either talk or pop-rock. Maybe what we’re doing can have a small influence in their programming down the road.

Hi Michael, I got a kick out of that.

I’d be sincerely interested in hearing how they react to this music.

The reaction is subtle. People are more reverent, and less chatty. Along with the music playing, there’s a slide up on the big screens that says “Welcome to Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Please turn off all cell phones and pagers.”

That works quite well, too.
