Safe Auto, Notre Dame, Cafeteria Catholic

What do they have in common?

Safe Auto has a Slogan that they offer, “Minimum coverage to keep you legal.”

Notre Dame seems to hold to "minimum beliefs to keep the name “Catholic University”

Finally, there are things about the Catholic Faith that I do not find especially appealing.
Will the example given by Notre Dame give cover to more and more Catholics joining the Cafeteria Line? Exactly what are the Minimum beliefs to keep you Catholic.

If “Life” is not one of them, then I doubt Sunday Mass is even in the top 25… and “Holydays of Suggestion” do not make the top 50.

Don’t get discouraged. This has given us a chance to dialogue. If you are not already actively involved in pro-life activism- then consider doing something in addition to prayer this year. The movement needs us all. Find some spiritual guidance during this trial. Go to :priestsforlife.org.
