Hi guys itā€™s my first time here! First post, so be gentle! Iā€™m not trolling honest! I have a sincere question, can someone help me out?
I wonder if I should move to another parish because I just CANNOT STAND the color of the carpet!!!

What should I do? Should I call the Bishop? Do you think he will tell the priest to get new carpet? Because you know I was thinking about joining RCIA, but they snubbed me the other morning at Donuts, and Iā€™m not sure I want to be part of a church that hates people with bad allergies. Iā€™m mean, whatā€™s up with THAT???

Oh, and I want to have my cat baptized. Will I have to have Catholic sponsors???

I may have committed sacrilege because I quoted the Catechism to amuse my friends. Should I confess it? Am I being scrupulous? Is it valid if I go to Confession in another parish? In the mean time, can I receive Communion?

Iā€¦ Iā€¦ Iā€™ve been agonizing over whether I should veil or not. I mean, I really, really, REALLY would feel more pious if I do. I just donā€™t know how other people will feel if I veil. Iā€™ve been losing sleep for the last seventeen years thinking about whether to veil or not. But women who veil are just more pious and love God more, so I want to veil so I can be more pious and love God more. What should I do since after seventeen years of this agony and loss of sleep, I REALLY want to veil?

Answer; How about if YOU want to wear something on your head, wear something on your head and be quiet and leave the rest of us alone? Just know that veiling is something religious women do when they join a religious order. Non religious talking about ā€œveilingā€ is pompous, preposterous, and a pain to the rest of us ! šŸ™€

No problem on baptizing the cat, but you may not want to watch because it is a 90 second complete submersion.

And just a hint: a bottle of permanent ink can speed up the carpet decision process; rumor has it the bishop canā€™t make a decision to save himself.

Allergies? Loratadine: a pill a day makes the snā€¦iffles go away.
