Just to share a story and a saint.

Anyone know Saint Anthony of Padua? He is a Patron
Saint of the Lost, and is often looked upon for recover-
ing lost items and so forth.

He, along with Saint Jude, helped out a great deal today! Our new dog ran away you see, and this dog is the last thing, I think, helping my dad be happy these days (mid-life crisis), and if anything happens to this dog, well just use your imagination in ways you might want not to…

Well after praying to Saint Jude, I turned to Anthony, then took with me one of his relics, and went searching some more. Now before that, nothing much happened, but afterwards, that dog was finally detained by some helpful neighbors, and all was well THE END! 😃

Just one of those average everyday miracles.

St. Anthony of Padua–what a guy! St. Anthony has answered many a prayer for me and my family. He is very dear to me and I pray to him often. I don’t always take the time to thank him so…Thank You, St. Anthony, and pray for us! :angel1:

I have a friend who was a missing person and it got a bit of media attention where i live (in Australia) i prayed a lot for her and prayed to St Anthony and she came home safe and well. 🙂

He has a sense of humor, too. My husband tore the toilet apart when remodeling, put the parts in a box and then forgot where he put the box. We searched the house high and low for half a day for the toilet parts and could not find them. Finally, (being too dense to do this in the first place), I prayed to St. Anthony and 5
minutes later the thought came to me to look in the back of a certain closet and there they were!

St Anthony saved my toilet. 😃

I don’t know how it works. I once lost my car keys and was looking around the seat of the car. It was almost as if a voice said to me, “For heaven’s sake, get down on your knees and LOOK under the seat.” And sure enough they were there. I love Saint Anthony. And, I don’t thank him for his help enough either.

I can say to this day that St. Anthony has never left me dissapointed. One of my absolute favorite saints!!! I hope I get to meet him someday. I have a lot of thank you’s to offer.
