Is there a book that contains the life of every Catholic saint? Like I mean every single one not just the main ones.

No, such a book would be unfeasible.
There are too many saints, and not enough is known about many of them.
You will have to wait till the next life to find out everything.

The most complete publication on the saints is the multivolume Butler’s Lives of the Saints, but this does not claim to cover every saint. However, there are many good books on the saints, and if you are interested in particular saints or particular sorts of saints, maybe people could give suggestions.

See my recent post on the Jesuit Bollandists of Belgium. Their publication is huge–something like 50 volumes sticks in my head, but I don’t remember for sure. Much more than the 12 monthly Butler volumes. You can probably find number if you want in a search.
