To begin, I consider myself Christian although I have been looking into converting to Roman Catholic as that is what my Husband is. That being said, I know very little about saints and this would be important for the rest of this.
Last night I had a very vivid dream and I am certain it was just for me to pass on to my Husband, however he is having trouble finding the meaning, so here I am. In this dream, my Husband recives a letter in the mail, an orange yellow envelope, with his deceased Grandmother’s name and the street she lived on writen in the sender’s corner. Only my Husbands name was on the receiver’s line, not his address or city. There was no postmark which is odd.
In the envelope was a small crystal, able to fit in the palm of a hand with a flat bottom and natural crystal formation on the top. Like a paper weight. In my dream I remember thinking it looked like clear obsidian. There was a small slip of paper with some words on encouragement and then said my Husband would know what to do with the stone. Suddenly we were in front of a Church in Lithuania(interesting since his Grandfather was from Lithuania) in the middle of the night. There was a forest behind the church and manicured lawn in the front. Watching my Husband, he reached for the door of the church and I said, “Maybe it would be better if we came back tomorrow, during the day.” He didn’t seem to hear me and walked inside which gave me the feeling that maybe I wasn’t there in the dream, like I was observing, but not contributing. It was a small church as I said, two rows of pews and 5 to each side making 10 total. My Husband proceeded to knock on each pew on it’s left side twice, a total of 20 knock on the pews. I remember seeing velvet red (in coloring not fabric) Bibles in each Pew. My husband then went to the altar and said in irritation and anguish, “Saint George was supposed to be here, he was suppose to help me with this.” Now I heard whispers coming from the stone. I couldn’t make out what the whispering was, but that I know it was saying something and realized this stone had been talking to my Husband which must be why he looked so frazzled and on edge.
Suddenly, a little elderly woman that wasn’t anyone I know and certainly wasn’t my Husband’s Grandmother or any other family member of his comes down some stairs that were on the left side of the room. She was old, but didn’t really look it and wore a blue pullover, a light blue dress that went to mid calf with blue flats. Her hair was white, yellow. She walked over to my Husband, grabbed the stone and threw it at the wall close to the stairs. I don’t really know if it broke or not, but suddenly she looked very afraid and then a German Shepard came down the stairs and stood with us.
I’m sure there was more to the dream I didn’t see, but my Husband woke me up, so that’s all I got. I feel very detached from the whole thing, like it wasn’t my dream to dream. So I told my Hubby about it, but he has no clue either and thought it was odd that I came out with a clear name of a Saint that I didn’t even know existed.
Any opinions would be appreciated and I’m sorry this was so long. Thank you in advance.

I will be I interested to hear answers about this,in the past I’ve had very vivid dreams and don’t know what to think of them sometimes.

Saint George has very little to do with Catholicism specifically as he is venerated across Christendom (even has a place in the Islamic community believe it or not).

As a person venerated during the great wars of his time, some people view him extremely divisively.

In my own personal experience, I’ve found people to hold him in extremely low regard (catholic circles) but with some reverence in Anglican and Islamic circles (likely because of historical symbolism in various awkward time periods).

Dream interpretation can be difficult but if it has to focus specifically on George, you may want to ask a broader circle. Well beyond Catholicism.

interesting since his Grandfather was from Lithuania
I tried to get a better perception of the meaning of Grandfather, but it is not coming.

Church in Lithuania, country of Grandfather, needs healing and the crystal stone from Grandmother, represents healing.

Twenty pews with bibles, knocked on left side is finding nobody present in that church with a clear understanding.

Old lady in blue rejected healing, due to fear.

German Shepard is strength. The battle is only beginning.

He is a very important Saint in Orthodoxy.
We are told that we shouldn’t always follow dreams and definitely not define our lives because of them since in the dream state we do not think nor make decisions. We can be easily deluded by the devil.
Saint George is depicted as defeating the devil in icons. He is attributed such powers. Probably in the dream your husband (or should I say the reflection of him) felt he needed protection from the demons. So he invoked Saint George. The old lady came from the part of Saint George (considering dressed in blue she could have been Virgin Mary) and tried to destroy the stone. In the East crystal and all knowledge related to them is considered Pagan and is not sure where all knowledge about them is coming from.
I would say that the dream was a message to you and the reflection of your husband was just to make you trust the messenger of the dream.
But don’t trust my interpretation.
We are told that if we feel the presence of a Saint but we are not sure how to communicate with them it is best to read their life and take everything as a metaphorical sign to enhance our faith.
