Boy, that’s a lot better than most of the churches that have been built in that contemporary idiom, including Richard Meier’s Jubilee Church in Rome. Not my cup of tea (and the belltower is obviously a lame afterthought), but it looks like a place you could pray. I can’t tell if the high altar (behind the main altar, where the tabernacle is) would actually be usable for ad orientem celebration, although it rather looks like it, no?
