I wanted to wish all of you a happy feast day of beloved St. Maria Goretti, a saint I truly wish I had known about when I chose a patron saint back in 06, she is truly remarkable

Yes, St. Maria Goretti is a true model of purity and strong faith. The example of her life and death are totally counterculture and badly needed in the world today. I pray that all young girls learn of this saint and pray for her intercession to maintain purity of mind, body and soul. St. Maria Goretti, pray for us.
 
I watched a movie about her on EWTN the other night. It was good, but I wish it would have gone into detail about her apparition to her killer and subsequent canonization.

there is a dvd called 14 flowers of pardon that talks about that
its very good
 
St. Maria Goretti’s intercession literally changed the life of one person in our family. It was immediate and the healing which took place years ago was complete as this individual has never again been haunted by the types of impurities as she was before.

that is really great, I wish I had known about her when I chose a patron saint
but her intercession is very powerful, especially when I do the novena for her every month
