Saint Question

Does anyone know the name of the saint (actually blessed, not a saint yet) who lived during the persecution of Mexican Catholics? He was too young to join the Cristeros, so he became the flag boy. He was eventually captured and the soles of his feet were cut off. He was forced to walk to and dig his grave. Before he was shot he proclaimed “Viva Cristo Rey” and then drew a cross on the ground with his blood.
