I dont know where his grave is but must find out. It would be worthy of a visit to his shrine for a pilgrimage though. 😃

I often pray to St.Seraphim of Sarov for help and read his little russian philokalia.

His relics are currently held at the Serafimo-Diveevsky Monastery in Russia.

Remains Serafim Sarovskiy

In 1922 the remnants Soviet atheists ordered to be taken and moved to Moscow, to the museum of religious Art in the Don Monastery. In this place was then created a Cathedral of Atheism. For many years the memory of these remnants were lost to believers by the atheist commissions. In atumn 1990 in the closets of the museum of history of atheism and religion the Kazan sobor in Leningrad were found the unknown remains not listed in the descriptions. In 1990 these remains were confirmed to be the remnants of Holy Serafim Sarovskiy by a comission of Bishops. These remnants were taken first to the Moscow Trinity sobor and then in 1991 with large crowd of persons were taken to Diveevskiy monastiry.
