For those of you who are familiar with St. Therese’s self offering to merciful love love, you’ll know that is was an offering of herself as a victim of Holocaust to God’s mersiful love. I have linked it below for those who may not be familiar with it. My question is, would it be okay for us to use this prayer to make the same offering of ourselves to Our Lord? I know the prayer is St. Therese’s personal offering of herself so I just feel this deep sense of being unworthy of using her words to offer my own soul to Our Lord. Another things is, as this is a formula to offer oneself as a victim to His love, would I need permission from anyone to make it? Thank you for your answers :)!

Last year during Lent, I read Fr. MIchael Gaitley’s book, 33 Days Merciful Love, which is the consecration or offering you are referring to. I recommend this book.

Thanks for sharing! Our Lord has recently been inspiring me to embrace the Divine Mercy devotion and it has changed my life! It’s amazing!
