I seem to remember a story of Saint Anthony being falsely accused of sexual indiscretion by a woman and refusing to defend himself, but I can’t seem to find it. Am I associating the story with the wrong saint? Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I know that Saint Anthony is venerated in the entire Church, but I post it here because the east seems to have greater devotion to him.

I think you might be thinking of St. Gerard Majella or possibly St. Marinus/Marina (a female monastic who wore the garb of a monk and was accused of seducing a young woman and impregnating her).
 
In fact, a good number of Saints have been accused of sexual improprieties, including the a most recently canonized Orthodox Saint Athanasius, Bishop of Poltava who resigned his See over a painful case of false accusation that came from a . . . monk.

Once a cleric or a monastic was so accused, there was literally nothing he could do about it but suffer the consequences in silence.
