using the Biblical definition of Christian:
(“Or do you not realize about yourselves that Jesus Christ is in you"
and
“Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus”)

I think the God’s word is very clear:
Christians end up in heaven
Matthew 7:21-23 :
“Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father in heaven. On that day many will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many deeds of power in your name?’ Then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; go away from me, you evildoers.’

It seems possible that those who do the will of the Father may enter the Kingdom of heaven.

This is the hope of the Church and the desire of God, that all men be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth.

re: Matthew 7:

When the omniscient ruler of the universe, Christ Himself says to someone
" I never new you".
what makes you think that person is a Christian?

Was Christ ever in that person?
(Or do you not realize about yourselves that Jesus Christ is in you -2 Cor 13:5)
Christ says " I **never **new you"
How can that person have Christ in him?

Was that person ever in Christ?
“Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus” -Rom 8:1)
Christ says " I never new you"
How can that person be in Christ?

Mere assent of facts doesn’t save.
a false profession of faith doesn’t save.

John 3:18 Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son. 19 This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but people loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil.
(Then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; go away from me, you
evildoers
Matt 7)
20 Everyone who does evil hates the light,…

John 3:36 Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son will not see life, for God’s wrath remains on them.

Matthew 7 is a direct rebuttal of doing enough good things to get into heaven.
When you see Jesus on that day (judgement day) maybe you should thank Him for what He has done for you instead of you telling all that you have done for Him.

compare and contrast
The Thief on the Cross>Will you remember me?
Jesus> yes
Jesus>. You will be with me

Mr Church Resume’> Look at all I have done for you!!
Jesus> I never knew you
Jesus> away from me

Faithless, good people don’t end up in Heaven.

without faith, is it hard to please God?
No!
And without faith it is **impossible **to please God (Hebrew 11:6)…

Back to the OP

“Who is the liar?
It is whoever denies that Jesus is the Christ.(the Annotated One, the Messiah)
Such a person is the antichrist–denying the Father and the Son.
No one who denies the Son has the Father; whoever acknowledges the Son has the Father also.” -1 John 2:22-23

**Don’t you believe that Scripture teaches us that life long Anti-Christs (regardless of their good works) will not go to heaven?
**

Nearly 2000 years since The Messiah went to The Cross: Can this question be answered?

Dear Friends,

I’m here because of something absolutely horrific that happened recently. This past Tuesday, a friend I went to middle school with, who was a Muslim, was murdered by her own father. What happened has left me absolutely shaken. I have experienced little joy or peace since I learned about this, but instead feel as though I am in pieces now. I’m starting to ask whether I even have any faith now, to be honest with you.

A large part of this (but not all) comes from the fact that, as I said, she was Muslim. I don’t think I’ve ever heard a definitive answer whether salvation is extended to non-Christians, or how easily they can obtain it. If my friend isn’t in Heaven now, unless there is some miracle that will happen with her, I shudder to think about it. Is there any official doctrine on the Salvation of non-Christians?
I am hoping that I can ask a question without being insensitive. After following this thread and seeing the responses I am wondering why the father would kill his own daughter. I have heard that some Muslims will take those actions if their family has expressed some interest in Christianity. It is just a thought.

You are experiencing grief and I want to affirm you in that. You may not be aware of it but you are handling it in a healthy manner in that you are talking and expressing your feelings, frustrations and questions. You are sharing your grief with anyone who will care and that is good because “grief shared is grief diminished .” By sharing you give bits and pieces away and over time you will come to acceptance. My belief is that she met the all wise and loving God and that He alone had the knowledge of what is in her heart. He alone is the judge of all our souls.

I have known many people of other Religions who are much better than I am as well. Thank God - I can leave His judgement up to Him. I can only do the best I can to show forth His wonderful love and the joy I find in His Church.
