I thought the info referred in the saving grace question on the apologists board was pretty interesting – I’ve always “known” the answer, just never “known” the answer if that makes any sense? I had a very good friend (kids play great, we get along great, many of the same values) who actually USED to be catholic and converted to…something or other…and she informed me “we believe you get into heaven by accepting the Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour, not b/c of “works” you’ve done” – and I just thought “oh, geeze, that sounds pretty easy!! No wonder people are leaving!!” (sarcasm, btw). LOL, sorry – I’m not making light of it, but it was nice to see the theology to back it up on this site, kwim?
