Sarah Palin Says Obama Most Pro-Abortion President, Bashes Charlie Crist

Jacksonville, FL – In a speech Thursday night delivered at a banquet to raise funds for an organization that uses the media to advance the pro-life perspective, former vice-presidential candidate Sarah Palin labeled President Barack Obama as the most pro-abortion president in the nation’s history.

**Jesus warned us about deceptive people like Mr. Crist, who deny women the critical information they need to make an informed decision that would allow over 90% of women who see their baby on an ultrasound to choose LIFE & not murder their baby by abortion!

“You are of your father the devil, and your will is to do your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, and has nothing to do with the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks according to his own nature, for he is a liar and the father of lies.” (JN 8:44)**

And she’s right. God bless Sara Palin. Too much controversy around her for a presidential run; however, she’s doing a great job running around speaking on behalf of conservative candidates.

Sadly, I attend a parish where our assistant priest can’t stand Palin and always votes for democrat. He doesn’t seem to miss an opportunity to knock her when I’m nearby.

Trust the Lord; pray for Obama. He is the leader of our country. If God had not allowed Obama to be president, he would not be. I also pray for those perpetuating hatred and divisiveness in God’s name. You can always tell a tree by the fruit it bears.

Yes and even sadder, it appears your assistant priest hasn’t the foggiest idea of remote cooperation in the furtherence of abortion since he voted for Obama. I wonder what your Bishop would say about that? Anything?

Yes, trust the Lord, but we have no leader in the POTUS chair.

I really don’t care for Sarah Palin, but in her attitude to wards Barry Obama I DO agree.

You betcha!!!:rotfl:

Charlie Crist is OK by me. But that IS jus ME.

We do. President Barack Obama. Do not discount what Our Lord can do.
Which “anointed one” are you talking about? If 56% of US “catholics” hadn’t voted for bo, he (notice small h ) would not now be destroying this country.

Let’s also remember that many loyal Republican’s would have voted for McCain if Palin had not been his running mate. The more educated the voter the less likely they would vote for any ticket with Palin on it. There were many very qualified men and women who would have made a great running mate for a 78 year old - Palin was not even in the ballpark.

Although I think a better running mate than Sarah Palin could have been chosen, it seems that once again politics triumphed over morals if even registered Pubs. wouldn’t vote for a Pub. so bo could have been blocked.

I usually do not disclose whom I voted for; however, in this case, it is important that you know I did NOT vote for President Obama. Once the outcome is complete; however, I trust in the Lord and prayer, and refrain from remarking negatively against our county’s leader; especially in ways that are disrespectful of the Office of the President. I find this to be unpatriotic.

I really wasn’t wondering about who you voted for. For myself, tolerance can go only so far. Bo has overstepped my limit. I have as much respect for his oval office as he does. Not much.

Consider the word tolerance - one often linked to dealings with race. Then ask yourself why you are using that particular word. Next, consider the words faith and charity. Faith, that you believe our Lord is truly in charge and can handle any problem. Charity in that you will think of others before you think of yourself.

Finally, you quoted me and mention Catholic voters not stepping up. It is important for you to know that one can lose politically and still move forward with prayer and grace. Speak out when you don’t agree, but show respect when doing so. These are the basic tenants of civilized societies and mandates from our Lord many times over in the Word. Saints have spoken on not getting your way and showing grace. Again, it is ok to disagree, it is ok to speak out and to protest - as a Christian, doing so as a Christian would be best.

I hope you are not implying there is a connection between my use of tolerance and racism? If so, that in itself, is insulting.

“still move forward with prayer and grace” As I have stated, my tolerance is at an end. A reminder, neither Christ nor His apolstles moved forward with “only” prayer and grace at “all” times. I seem to remember each of them losing a bit of cool several times.

It is your perogative to move forward in however you deem you are capable. It is also mine. Please don’t even begin to sermonize me. Thank you very much.

That, my friend, is called rationalization for bad behavior. You are called as a Christian to have charity and faith. If it offends you that I remind you of that, so be it. You can point the the intolerance part if you think that gets you off the hook, but truly, I am only be honest with you; more honest than you are being with yourself.

You push away the commands of Christ (turn the other cheek, forgive, love your enemy, even the most important: love God and they neighbor) for the one time Christ showed anger (the money changers). Try to remember Christ before Pilot. That is the true lesson here. He simply said, “If you say so.”

Christ said, “Give to Caesar what is his.” That is what we should do as well. We are not people of Obama or McCain, we are people of God - showing love to all so that they will know us when they see us coming. Don’t ever forget that God created Obama as he created you. God can turn Obama’s heart just as easily and as swiftly as he turned Saint Paul’s heart. Have faith and believe.

“People of God” do not sermonize other people of God. I also asked you a question which you did not answer. Did you, or did you not imply that I was being racist by using the word tolerance? Talk about hopping off the proverbial hook. Look first to the plank in your own eye. Certainly God can turn bo’s heart. God is God. That doesn’t mean I am obliged to respect or admire bo or anyone who thoroughly disgusts me. Bo hasn’t slapped MY cheek but has been an instrument of millions of babies being killed. I leave final judgement of him and those who support him to the Almighty. .
