I still think its very strange that Satan seemed to gain power once he fell…but this wouldnt make any sense,

Satan is just as powerful as he was when he was first created. He has not increased.

and why just him, why arent the other 1000s of fallen angels just as powerful as satan is?

First, Satan was the greatest of God’s creations. The others were not so powerful as he.
Second, their are nine levels or “choirs” of angels. They are not all the same in terms of power.

If he gained power and abilities at the time of his sin against God, why wouldnt the other fallen angels also gain when they fell?

Also Satan committed a sin that NO human can possibly commit, as we cannot even attempt to overthrow heaven…only human souls that can even get in the door are meant for Heaven, so I doubt one of those would try what Satan did.

Agreed. Humans attempt to overthrow the Church here on earth.

Agreed. Humans attempt to overthrow the Church here on earth.

Well, then IMO, right when God created satan, God knew exactly who and what Satan was to be down the road…I know we cant begin to understand the ‘whys’ about this, but it is kind of confusing and strange to our human minds.

I also want to point out that I know Satan and his demons are spirts in OUR world, but in their own ‘plane’ of existence, I have to believe they have some kind of form, and not just wisps of smoke.

Just as He knew we would fall, also.

But He knew how His plan of salvation would triumph.
