Snotra is a strange name, agreed…lol! I’m an old Punk Rocker at heart, and still think of silly and wacky stage names for me and me band mates.

It is known that satan worshipers steal a Eucharist from a Roman Catholic mass and defile it in a mock perverted black mass. They do not mock, Mormons, Watchtowers, Baptist, born agains, prosperity preachers, calvins, or any of the other 33.000 protestant faiths to date…and counting! If we Catholics are satans tool (as certain sister faiths of the 16th century rebellious deformation movement may accuse us of being), I offer these words…“how can satan stand against satan?” I’m sorry if I am so bold, but I will have to answer to the lord for these thoughts of ricious indignation. I ask, which one of the 33.000 protestant faiths is the correct one? they all cant be right? that would be a violation of logic…ie, Aristotle’s law of non contradiction, as an example. Certain protestant faiths insist that,Christ was the big rock and Peter was the little rock. How can this be? Did Christ speak in Greek when he said,"what you loose on earth will be loose in heaven, and "gates of hell shall not prevail against it’ etc…? Most historians and rational thinkers would agree, Christ spoke in his native tongue, Aramaic, as would anyone who was going to bestow a vital roll upon an individual of such cultural kinship. I am no professional and have no authority when it comes to the field of religious apologetics , but from what little research I have gathered, there is no, gender, and or diminutive quality for the word “Rock” in the Aramaic language. It is what it is…Cepha!! How do protestants explain this little conundrum to name a few in the world of religious debate? This is my first post here on Catholic Answers, I thank you for your audience, and I pray for God’s mercy upon all his children, Protestant, Catholic, and all those who seek to find enlightenment. Peace be with you.
As a former satanist (as described in anton leveys satanic bible) I feel I should point out that the vast majority of satanists do not steal a host from mass, due to the fact that they just don’t care enough to go to the effort. Satanists in this day and age are basicly athists with a bad attitude. They do not belive in satan as Christians do. satan is more an archtype for rebellion against morality, most would say they do not even belive in god. Satanic philosophy is all about the carnal aspects of humanity with a few “magic” rituals thrown in so they do not come accross as compleat athists.

Pretty much my characterization earlier, yep. A little Slayer music thrown in for good measure and some goth/emo make up spices things up as well 😛

I’m a volunteer fire fighter in PA. About 3 years ago we were called to the local Baptist church late one evening. The local satan worshippers broke in and tried to start a fire in one of the offices. For all their trouble they got $1500.00 No real fire damage.

The next evening they struck paydirt, broke into the Lutheran Church, basically wrecked the place and were sucessful with their fire starting. The church was gutted and had to be torn down and rebuilt. I don’t care for church building fires, they are dangerous because there are less roof supports and they collapse on a dime. They (young satan worshippers) were caught by the fire marshal and went to prison. They didn’t have any plans to hit the CC in town.

My point, satan worshippers do all kinds of anti social stuff, including digging up graves. They don’t just go around swiping the host wafer, which is actually much easier than church arson and not as much work as digging up graves.

There is a difference between death metal listening, wannabe satan worshipers, who have angst in this world, and what is recorded as a fact in regards to satanic ritual. I will post the link here again. This explains how we (Roman Catholics) are mocked directly by these monsters. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_mass

Vive le Rock…and Rock “n” Roll music! Cheers: gurneyhalleck1 and jen fla.👍

I guess then you know more about this incident than me. Were you there at this fire? Maybe we know each other? I’m in fire district 4 CC. Lets get together for lunch, my treat. By the way, I don’t really bite.

Thanks, Jen 😛 I’m actually more of a classic rock dude though, I have to say. Progressive rock is muh thang! Yes, Toto, Rush, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Police, Eddie Money, ACDC, KISS, Beatles, Doors, The Who, Van Halen, Def Leppard, Huey Lewis, Cars, Pat Benatar, ELO, the Eagles, shoot I love it all, baby!! For good measure I’ll throw in some Nickleback, one of the only new bands I’ll accept 😃 And since this thread IS on Satanism, I’ll throw in my guilty pleasure–Iron Maiden…Aces High!
ah, you and snotra are refreshing!

from one nerdy ex-punk freak,
your pal,
jen

The most serious, mature Satanists/Left Hand Path people I’ve encountered could not be less interested in hosts from any denomination for the simple reason that they don’t believe they (the hosts) have any power. These folks are generally polytheistic and/or pantheists and they don’t believe in the Christian God in the way that Christians do (some don’t believe such an entity exists at all, some that it is only one of many and certainly not all-powerful). So these articles would have absolutely no interest for them at all.

you did NOT just admit to the entire world that you like huey lewis!

brave, brave soul you are! 😃

yeah i grew up singing along to all those bands. i still love the cars, the police and rush, but i always gravitated towards the weird experimental stuff even as a kid. just don’t tell anyone my first real record was the bee gees!

er and not to derail this thread, so my two cents are there are numerous “kinds” of satanists. i think the only way to get an idea of the hidden evil “sacrificing” kind is by getting access to some police and fbi files. i have heard stories from people claiming to be involved in groups that have done some pretty horrific things, but you never know if they’re telling the truth.

rock on and stay open to some really great new sounds out there. http://www.pic4ever.com/images/banana_smiley_16.gif

peace.

Oh I’m totally not afraid to admit to lovin’ Huey. I saw him in concert in high school; the guy puts on an AMAZING show…long as heck and sounds awesome, great showmanship, too. I loved his album “Sports” most of all. Clean, crisp 80’s guy music. Love him. No fear here, baby! 😃 I’m not anti-Bee Gees either. I’m eclectic (sp?) as you’re gonna get. I can listen to the Beatles one day, Zep the other, ELO with that funky 70’s glam rock, “Yes” and their wild progressive adventures, Eric Johnson, and then get into my favorite of all time–Toto! Ain’t nuthin’ wrong with a little Toto and Huey! And I can even chase it down with some Iron Maiden. I’m flexible as a pipe cleaner! 😛 Been known to like Duran Duran, Cyndi Lauper and then jump headlong into some Judas Priest LOL…

from one Catholic to another i think we can agree it’s hip to be square. nyuck nyuck.

well if we start getting into music i’m gonna end up spending 3 hours on just one comment!

i admire anyone that stands up for their bands, even though i am still chuckling at huey… maybe toto too! 😃

Nobody in the music industry disrespects Toto. Have you ever read Steve Lukather’s discography? This guy has session-guitared more songs than I could list. And David Paich and Mike Porcaro have studio sessioned piano/keyboards and written music for just about every band in the world. They are so talented that it’s off the charts. My wife and I saw Toto up in Fresno about three years ago and went away with our jaws hanging. Steve Lukather’s guitar work is first rate. I shook hands with Bobby Kimball and my wife got a shake from Lukather so we went away with a Toto Pentacost! Seriously, those guys are one of a kind. What’s not to like about Rosanna, Africa, 99, I’ll Be Over You, Pamela, and the rest! For a minute I felt guilty about deraling this thread and then I realized, what guilt is there in derailing “Satan Worshippers!!” ??? LOL

😃

ah, my friend to each their own, but they just don’t move me at all. however, if hold the line came on the radio, you’d catch me singing along for a bit, but only a bit. 🙂

and no i never read that discography, but i am glad your wife and you really rocked it. music is a wonderful, wonderful gift.

peace!

Hey, they got Thriller on the map! LOL…too bad they don’t move ya. I love 'em…like you said, to each his own. At least I’ve derailed the topic from “Satan worshippers!” LOL…I am a big Iron Maiden fan. That’s probably more appropriate for this topic! LOL 😛

no wait, i can merge the two topics! here is a version of thriller for the satanists! tee hee.

next time you feel like something heavy and you want to put down that iron maiden record, take a listen to tweak bird or bison bc if you like the metal. WARNING: bison bc uses those cookie monster vocals which i have outgrown unless my dainty nurse friend busts it out. 😃
