What is wrong with these people??? It’s all weird and outrageous talk and disgraceful. And a especially where it says black mass in the following link page. But it all crazy talk…why would anyone believes or wants anything to do with the DEVIL and to worship him. We must all pray for them to STOP. Why does God not stop this… God is a million times more powerful that the devil why not stop him ???

Is it ok to do some white magic spells I’m a catholic… I did a few some times back but I didn’t believe the work… and the didn’t. But I was thinking of trying again for a wish

Occultism is deadly, deceptive and absolutely against the Church. Don’t go anywhere near it. Most occultists I knew started out into white magic only or trying to feel spiritual or whatever and ended up in big trouble. People almost died. I almost died.
If you want something pray persistently for it. If you don’t get what you want then God chose not to give it to you. There’s a reason.

MAGIC AND CHRISTIANITY
Code:
Frankly, magic is a lot of nonsense, except that I enjoy seeing expert magicians. I have done a bit myself over the years - not very well - as entertainment. Obviously, magic involves clever trickery, and as long as it is seen as entertainment, fine. Fun. No offense. Otherwise, Christians needs to stay clear of fortune-tellers, ouija boards, tarot cards, palm readers and such idiocy. Usually the practitioners are frauds anyway.

This raises the issue of 'magic' in the Bible, however. Consider how Moses turned a stick into a snake. Joshua made the sun stand still. And so much in the OT and NT, including the gospels -honestly.

I confess that some of these stories give me pause, and have turned me into a 'liberal Christian' in that I simply can't accept literally everything in scripture or everything the Church teaches. I wish I could. My grandmother certainly did. It also casts doubt, in mind mind, on many of the various apparitions of Mary and countless miracle tales connected with a host of saints. I don't condemn people who believe them, especially in earlier times before our scientific age, but I have to put them in the 'doubtful' category. I see most of them as pious myths that may teach us lessons of value but they are questionable as valid history. When the Church insists that many of them are true they are driving more and more people of our time away.

If you look at Mary as the model christian, you would see her approach to be to simply Pray saying, “if it be YOUR WILL”
Meaning- It must be God’s will that your intention be granted in prayer
Wishing is not a christian way to accomplish much.
Subverting God for your desires is also a very dangerous way to think.

My life has been jampacked with undeniable supernatural experiences. If I had been followed around by a prank-loving gang of the world’s top stage magicians and hypnotists, I could seed oubting it, but I haven’t been (and I come from a family with a tradition of stage magic and other performing arts, so I do know the tricks – and I know what’s not a trick). Brought up to be apassionate atheist, I tried very hard for years to find ways to explain away the supernatural life I have but it wouldn’t go away. I searched for the meaning of it all in Buddhism, Hinduism, New Age syncretism, and the occult, to no avail and a lot of pain. I became a neo-pagan and found just more danger and horror there, as well. I considered Judaism but soon lost interest. It seemed inconsistent in iself. A terrible struggle between the social acceptability of New Agery and atheism v. the facts led me to accept that the Bible, including the New Testament, is true, and the supernatural, miraculous events in it are real (at least many of them are). They explain the growth and endurance of the faith, first of Judaism, then of Christianity as well. The message of miracles is manifold but part of it is that God answers prayer and takes care of His children’s real needs. Don’t be afraid and don’t turn to magic.
People I know could have easily died playing with magic and the occult. I could have. It was the darkest part of my life.

Thanks for the sharing. And many chinese people still go to fortune teller to know their future. As chinese descent, I know some people who have talent to read palm etc (they have never learn about it before). What do you think about it?

Yeah, I’ve read palms and definitely seen things about people. But most palm readers are just doing psychology. There are real abilities to see what others can’t see, and then there is just close readng of faces, voices and probabilities.
A woman enters a booth. She is smiling but her eyes are sharp. She is pale. So she’s tired, maybe sick, and the fortuneteller looks her over more closely. She carries a large bag but it’s almost empty, so she is used to carrying more than she is carrying now. She looks around a lot. Probabilities: She has recently had a baby and lost it; she has recently weaned a baby, who is now in day care and about whom she is worried; she has just arrived in town and until recently was living out of the bag she carries. A few probe guesses will help narrow it down. The fortuneteller starts with a guess at the reason the woman is there. Curiosity or crisis? She looks for signs of disbelief in the customer’s face. If there are none, she looks for signs of pride. If the customer seems at home, believing and proud, but in crisis, the best guess is: “You’re at a crossroads and you don’t know which way to turn. You actually know a lot about psychic things, you’re somewhat psychic yourself, but this is a question beyond your abilities.” The woman’s face will react to show how close this is. She narrows it down from there. “A great sorrow has come to your house” Green light – “A loss.” Green light. “A loved one.” Green light. “Someone young.” And so forth until she draws it out. Most fortunetellers who do this don’t see themselves as conning but as providing very low-priced psychological counseling.
When it’s real it doesn’t narrow in like that. It’s immediate and specific.
A woman walks into a fortuneteller’s booth. The fortuneteller looks up, reaches for her hand and glances at it. She says, “Your two- or three-month-old daughter just died of a coughing illness and you feel like it was your fault. It wasn’t your fault. You did all you could.” Just like that. Such psychics don’t think they’re using the dark arts and doing wrong, themselves. They think they are helping people by using a gift. But they’re using it apart form God and it’s wrong. God has specific ways He wants sensitivity to be used for His glory. Reading palms isn’t part of that way. Neither is magic. Nor the Ouija Board or any homemade divination tool or any such thing.

Well, I agree with you but what I mean they do it not because they will be paid. They just say it directly. Let say, A person doesn’t know B person, but A has a talent to see some thing, and when A sees B then, says to be prepared because there’s some thing bad will be happened. Someone who is closed to B will be died. And it’s happened because a few days later B’s brother died because of car accident. And another things, some people can see spirit from death people, do you believe it? And we believe that people who died, they will still do their habit in their houses for 40 days then after that they will leave, do you believe it?

It’s a real talent. It has to be submitted to God and expressed in an orderly way for His glory. I’m still learning how that is to be done.
I don’t believe in the 40 days. I think souls in Purgatory can wander but not always in their own homes and not always for the same amount of time. It’s wrong to try to call up the dead.

Yes, that’s what I mean. And I know some people who are catholic and they have their talents and help people through prayers.
About 40 days, I don’t mean that try to call up them. But they are there themselves. And yes, not always in their own homes.
I had an experience with it. When my grandfather died. Before 40 days, one time when I was sleeping, I smelled scent which we used it for him and I felt that he was there. It happened when I was a little girl. And his eyes were totally different the day when he died. And since then I know it and it happened with my good friend, a few days before she died, I saw her eyes and knew that she would not live longer and after 3 days, she died.
I think we may know when someone will die especially when they die because of illness.

All my life, sleeping and waking and especially as a young girl I’ve had flashes of visions, smells and sounds, sometimes full scenes, that it turns out are probably specific ancestor memories. I have been informed that some of my ancestors have fairly dramatic stories and at least one died at about a hundred trying to tell her story to her great-granddaugter. She is one of the people whose memories I am likely having. Maybe they just need their stories told. I’m trying my best. I was 21 and sleeping one morning when I dreamed my grand-aunt (whom I barely knew) was hosting a family picnic and she looked up at me and said, “Why don’t you come to see me more?” I felt bad but what could I do? I had no money and she was far away and I didn’t know her well. The phone rang and woke me up. It was my mother telling me she had just died. While I was dreaming it. At a family picnic. That she was hosting.

This is totally anecdotal and probably worthless information, but I saw a t.v. show on satanists that took some of the mystery out of it for me. What the people on this show said is that they acknowledge the dark forces of life. Firstly, its not a theistic viewpoint. Its a belief that energy is neutral so power to do evil can be harnessed just like the power of love.
If I have two impulses, one to do the right thing and one to do the wrong thing, both of those impulses or voices excert their influence or power over me. I think Satanists mistakenly think they can derive power from the dark energies that would have us do bad things, without necesarily incurring the consequences of that decision.
They don’t belive that God, or the power that is Godly and good, exisits and is the ruling power of the universe. I think they believe that a good power and a bad power SHARE in their respective domains, that which Christians and other theists believe is God’s sole domain.

Sorry…if that makes no sense you can blame me.

Some bible verses about non believers doing things. Luke 9:40-50

I think Matt 24:24 is interesting also.

I don’t know much about Satanism, but usually in Paganism there is no white or black magick. That is a Hollywood stereotype. The “color” of the magick is determined by the user, and don’t forget the red, blue, pink, and purple hues too!😃

Concerning your spells: Spells are to the very core a thoughtform we create. We get what we put into them on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels. You didn’t believe they would work, so that’s exactly what you manifested. Words and rituals are meaningless without the faith that puts the spell into motion. What you put out you will receive.
