I understand that we are saved by the Grace of God alone, and that everyone receives a sufficient amount of Grace to turn to God and be saved. However, some people do reject this Grace. So, salvation does require a *free choice, *an active response to God’s Grace. When we say that we are saved by Grace alone, how do we express that there is an action on the part of the individual – namely, the acceptance of that Grace – by which he effects his own salvation? Is my theology sound?
 
Yeah I think you’re right, but it takes grace to even say yes. So even though we are saying yes, we are only able to do this by the grace of God. Does that make sense?
