When I was 8 my mother was ill with what we later learned was carbon monoxide poisoining. One night my parents moved their bed to the living room because of the winter cold. I could see them from my bed.
I saw what I believe was an Angel. He, I will say was a male figure. He was completly white, as white as bright inkjet paper but did not light up the room at all. No wings and solid. 8)

He was origionally praying at the foot of her side of the bed, and for quite some time, knelt on both knees, later stepping away and watching the bed for some time. I recall him noticing me and thats all I remember. I was frozen with some sort of fear the entire time and was unable to move or speak.

I know I wasn’t dreaming, and it was the next day when I told my parents that week a repairman for the furnace discovered the poisioning.

It’s 20 years later, and I’v been a Catholic for a year now. I am learning so much about Saints and Angels, and all who we are in communion with. My mother was origionally Catholic, but my dad had refused her from practicing and convert to a proteestant.

Sorry for the long story, but what do you think it was I saw? If indeed it was an Angel what kind of Angel would it have been?

Thanks, as I find this so interesting as I have the images still, real as then, still in my mind.
Thanks:D

Definitely her guardian angel.

Two of my boys have seen their guardian angels. One could describe him from head to foot when he was about 3 years old. The other was about 6-7 months old and carried on lengthy “conversations” while laughing and giggling (belly laughing) numerous times. I have no doubt about what they saw. The one who carried on long conversations was never supposed to be born, according to my doctors. I was told at 13 weeks of pregancy to prepare to lose him, as I was hemorrhaging. I bled throughout my pregnancy, and at every checkup, the doctors kept shaking their heads, not understanding how the pregnancy was continuing. He is now a strapping near 14 year old who excels at everything he tries. God knows what he is doing!

Guardian Angel. 🙂
I remember when my oldest son used to talk to “someone” He was only about 3 yrs old maybe. I used to ask him who he was talking to and he would always say his grandma. 🙂 You see, my mom passed away when I was 20 yrs old. My son never met her as my husband and I were only dating when she passed.
I still remember to this day about my son talking and talking to her. 🙂
