You shouldn’t wear anything around your neck while skydiving - too much risk that it could entangle with your parachute. Indoors, one of the issues is the damage the scapular would inflict on the wind turbines if it came off. As everyone above stated, you don’t need to wear it; if you still want to have it with you tie it to your belt under your flight suit.
