Scared Heart of Jesus

G’day guys,

I’m just looking for some information on the devotion to The Scared Heart of Jesus. I’ve got a rough idea of the theology behind it, but I know ABSOLUTELY ZERO about how it is practiced. If anyone could explain how to correctly practice this devotion it would be much appreciated.

I can’t seem to sleep tonight…Lately I have been looking for devotions to the Sacred Heart and I remembered this website that has many viewable and free downloadable old Catholic books. I did a search on the Sacred Heart and found quite a few. Here is the link:
