Please focus urgent prayers for a friend who suffers from periodic sciatica. He started physical therapy today finally but has many weeks ahead before good relief is obtained. [BIBLEDRB]:):signofcross::signofcross:[/BIBLEDRB]

I have had some experience of my own with sciatica. After suffering for about six months a friend mentioned that **castor oil **is a home remedy for sciatica.
Rub some castor oil into your lower back (the patient’s that is), and then sit back on a heating pad to allow the oil to penetrate.

When I tried this, my pain was alleviated within a week. That was about thirty years ago. I still use the castor oil/heating pad whenever my sciatica reoccurs.

praying for your friend…I a always one to say, “there is a reason for everything”…He certainly has His reasons…but pain and misery are so difficult to understand and accept…

along with the Physical Therapy, a chiropractor should be considered
