I only have a limited concordance in the back of a Bible I have, but using the CCC as the basis of what you have found already, I have found:
In the New Testament:
Mt 5:22, 18:9, and 23:33
Lk 12:5
In the Old Testament:
Ps 9:18 and 55:16.
Prov 27:20
The two from Psalms refers to Sheol, which, I believe, means place of the dead. There has been conjecture on whether this is a reference to Hell or a Purgatory like place where the worthy were placed until the time of redemption with the Resurrection of Jesus.
Also, I do not have the references that may be in Maccabees.
