The entire Mass is a prolonged conversation with God.

God speaks to our minds and hearts through scripture during the Liturgy of the Word.
God speaks to our soul through the Liturgy of the Eucharist.

You mean if there is Scripture reading in the Liturgy of all the Rites? The answer is yes. There is one reading and one Gospel. Then in other non-Eucharistic Liturgies, there are also readings and Gospels. Not to mention Psalms all throughout.
