I went, read the reviews, and quickly surmised that these so-called “scientists” could easily be outsmarted by a typical armadillo.
but you are not an armadillo - I am a vegetarian as we originally were and will be but only creationists seem to know and accept this - twinc

I certainly don’t want to be offensive, but to see creationists, flat-earthers, geo-centrics, etc, be deliberately ignorant in the face of overwhelming facts, just really gets me. The Church was not wrong about anything. Fallible men in the Church were wrong about things of science. No big deal. Scientists are often wrong, and when they are, if they are academically honest, they admit it, learn from it, and go on. Galileo was right, and the Church wasn’t wrong. I mean, unless I am ignorant of the manner in which Galileo was refuted. Did the Pope infallibly declare as Church doctrine that the earth is the center of the universe etc?
if you got it right and understood that this is not about Galileo vs Pope or Church but Galileo vs God the creator not only of the Universe that He seems to know nothing about but also the creator of Galileo and all other scientists that He has created that know more than He does - to this we must say no,nay, never,no,nay, never for evermore - twinc

It is impossible that Homo sapiens is naturally a vegetarian. We are designed as omnivores.

There is only one word wrong in what you say - this is why the experts and specialists should be consulted and relied on viz we were designed as herbivores and so was mighty T/REX- so Adam and Eve were in no danger of becoming extinct - in fact it seems T/REX became extinct - twinc

sigh Our dentition and digestive tract suggest a omnivorous diet, and large brain development requires the higher caloric content of animal-based fats and proteins

nobody is contesting or doubting that we are omnivores but we were herbivores - being a Catholic you should know this but alas not many Catholics know this and much else also but this is not their fault or failing since they are and were not told this - twinc

I seriously doubt we were ever strict herbivores.

Fellow, fellows, guys, gals, boys and girls just understand that you are not the magisterium or Pope or Church and know very little of true worth about them that these experts and specialists do - once we get that imbedded where it should be we can proceed - none of this should arise if you really went to the website suggested-so here it is again www.galileowaswrong.com - just read the reviews down to the end and of course do not expect any or many from Evolutionists - scriptures and science and the church fathers etc are all about and full of geocentrisim. The problem is there are many with eyes that see not and ears that hear not and guess why and this is also found it scriptures -twinc
Funny that you should make the point that none of us is part of the Magesterium, since neither or you and neither is the website you are touting.

The Magesterium does NOT teach what you are suggesting, or what this website is proposing.

Dei Verbum (Dogmatic Constitution on Divine Revelation)
Therefore, since everything asserted by the inspired authors or sacred writers must be held to be asserted by the Holy Spirit, it follows that the books of Scripture must be acknowledged as teaching solidly, faithfully and without error that truth which God wanted put into sacred writings for the sake of salvation. Therefore “all Scripture is divinely inspired and has its use for teaching the truth and refuting error, for reformation of manners and discipline in right living, so that the man who belongs to God may be efficient and equipped for good work of every kind” (2 Tim. 3:16-17, Greek text).
However, since God speaks in Sacred Scripture through men in human fashion, the interpreter of Sacred Scripture, in order to see clearly what God wanted to communicate to us, should carefully investigate what meaning the sacred writers really intended, and what God wanted to manifest by means of their words.
To search out the intention of the sacred writers, attention should be given, among other things, to “literary forms.” For truth is set forth and expressed differently in texts which are variously historical, prophetic, poetic, or of other forms of discourse. The interpreter must investigate what meaning the sacred writer intended to express and actually expressed in particular circumstances by using contemporary literary forms in accordance with the situation of his own time and culture. For the correct understanding of what the sacred author wanted to assert, due attention must be paid to the customary and characteristic styles of feeling, speaking and narrating which prevailed at the time of the sacred writer, and to the patterns men normally employed at that period in their everyday dealings with one another.
That’s direct from the Magesterium.
