It took me three years in RCIA to join the church. I was a very scripture-only kind of person, and I remember asking all the hard questions. Surprisingly, that scripture gave all I needed to know about Catholicism. It was more about unlearning what I was previously taught.

Thank you! I’ll pray for your friend. I always thought ministering would be just to the unbelievers, but Christ said he has scattered sheep as well, and he will continue to draw them to one flock with one shepherd, and so we need to minister to our departed brothers and sisters as well! It’s been a true joy to do so just recently.
