Thanks! This one helped me a lot. I also found this link which was good:

The best truth from yours was the fact that scrupolosity hinders the advancement towards perfection. I always thought I was being closer to perfection when I got scrupulous so it was a good wake up call to realize that letting go of them was better.

The pamphlet by Fr. Doyle is really a great piece. It has helped me a lot with my scruples.

Yes. That is a great point. If there is anything that should stop me ruminating/obsessing it is that

Thanks for that resource. I have a pretty severe case of scrupulosity, and it really affects my relationship with God and even with those around me (like my wife). So, thanks.

You are not alone I have 2 children and a wife. Scrupulosity has robbed me of peace for too long. God bless you. My prayers are with you

Those who suffer from scruples, such as myself, appreciate the debilitating nature of this condition.

I found this link very helpful and wanted to share it with you.

May the Peace of Christ Jesus reign in your hearts and I bid you a very good New Year.
Thank you Sir

5-15 minutes or thereabouts of silence every week or two also can help with Scrupulousity.

Hope this helps
Merry Christmass
God bless Y’all

Yes, a wonderful wonderful piece of work, in my opinion as well.
Should apply some of those things again now that I have been having a bit of a relapse in the recent weeks…

I wholeheartedly agree. Silent prayer. Gazing at an image of the Divine Mercy is really beneficial to the troubled soul

you may find this helpful also. It kind of goes along the same lines as Fr. William Doyle S.J.'s booklet. An interview with Franics J.O’Boyle, S.J. (since the names are kind of similar I at first thought it was the same person, but now I realized it is not)

Good to know I am not alone. Even though of course I do not wish this to anybody. 🙂
