Searching for a different Catholic church

Is it right to begin attending a different Catholic church if you feel uncomfortable with the message from the pulpit? Occasionally, our priest will include a homily that we feel is a modern liberal interpretation of scripture. Our children are old enough now where they are listening to the homily. Or should we try to work peaceably for change from within? After all no family is perfect.
 
A Catholic is not required to register with his geographically-local parish or with any particular parish. He may attend and register at any parish that is in union with its diocesan ordinary and with the Holy See.
