Searching for a Pocket Bible from the past

Hello
I used to own a small (3"wide x 5"tall) NAB that had a picture on the front and was paperback. It didn’t hold up very well, but it was the Full NAB and very convenient for carrying on trips and I can’t seem to find it now. Does anyone have any ideas of this one or another that contains both Testaments and where I can find? I suppose 2 separate Bibles of this size would work, but I can’t find the OT…thanks for your help!!

I know which Bible you are referring to and you’re right. It was not very durable. Consider this slightly larger item:

My own favorite is the Douay-Rheims pocket Bible from Baronius Press. It is the right size.

I haven’t been able to find too many pocket-sized full bibles, so I just carry around a pocket New Testament with Psalms and Proverbs. It’s enough for most purposes.

Although I do have a ‘Personal Size’ NAB - 4.5 inches x 6. So somewhat bigger than yours.

These all seem larger than 3x5. That seems like it would be roughly the same size as those little gideon bibles. That would make a nice pocket bible at that size. I can carry the NJB listed below in the winter coat, and I take it in the truck.

There may be other options. If you can have something larger there’s a fake leather NAB which is more of a normal size that always seemed adequate and comfortable except that without the zipper it’s open to too much assault on the truck. The material isn’t leather. It seems like some sort of floppy leatherlike cardboard. It’s been reasonably durable and is cheap.
