Second half of advent - loth

this is my first year of praying the liturgy of the hours and i am confused about how to do the second half of advent. in my volume (the 3 volume collins edition), there are special readings, intercessions etc only up to the 16th of december. i have read that there are special readings etc from isaiah for the second half of advent, but where do i get them? and the rest of the missing parts?

The Proper of Seasons have it somewhere after the Third Week of Advant, and they go by dates, Dec. 17, 18, 19… etc.
